Yorkshire Pudding
 
¼ cup hot drippings from roast beef
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, well beaten

Place hot drippings into an 11 x 7 inch baking dish and keep hot (in a hot oven). Combine milk, flour, salt and eggs in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into baking pan over hot drippings. Bake at 400° F. for 30 to 40 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
