Buffet Mold
| 1 package raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water 1 cup cold water 1 package lime gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 cup cold water ½ cup seedless white grapes, halved ½ cup diced celery Lettuce Clusters of seedless white grapes Mayonnaise Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup
boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water and pour into a mold. Chill until firm.
Dissolve the lime gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water; add 1 cup of cold
water. Chill the lime gelatin until it begins to thicken. Combine the grape
halves and celery With the lime gelatin and pour on the firm raspberry
gelatin. When both layers are firm, unmold on large salad plate. Garnish
with lettuce and grape clusters. Serve with mayonnaise.
