Wild Rice Turkey Dressing
 

4 ounce package wild rice 4 teaspoon chicken bouillon 1 cup chopped celery 1 small onion, chopped ½ cup chopped green pepper 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning ½ cup butter 1¼ cup hot water 8 ounce package herb seasoned stuffing mix 12 pound turkey salt & pepper, to taste Cook rice as package directs, dissolving 3 teaspoon bouillon in water before adding rice. In a medium skillet cook celery & pepper until nearly done. Dissolve remaining bouillon in the cup of hot water. In a large bowl combine rice, vegetables, bouillon liquid, stuffing mix and poultry seasoning. Mix well and stuff bird.
