Whipped Cream Cake
 
 
1 cup whipping cream 
3 egg whites 
½ cup cold water 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
½ teaspoon almond extract 
2 cups sifted cake flour 
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

Sift all dry ingredients together three times. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add whipped cream and beat until stiff. Add extracts to water and beat in cream-egg mixture. Add dry ingredients a little at a time, using a wire beater. Bake in three layers in moderate oven (350° F.) for about 25 minutes, or until done. Cool and frost with favorite icing.
