Vitamin Salad
 
 
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrots, cooked and diced
½ green pepper, diced fine
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups cabbage, shredded
½ cup favorite salad dressing

Toss together all ingredients except cabbage and moisten with salad dressing. Place a generous serving of cabbage on a plate and add a mound of the vegetable-mixture.
