Cheese Scallop
| 1½ cups cooked snap beans
1½ cups cooked sliced carrots ½ cup chopped green pepper 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1½ cups white sauce Salt and pepper ½ cup bread crumbs Combine vegetables. Add cheese to hot white
sauce and stir until melted. Add sauce to vegetables and season to taste.
Turn into buttered casserole, cover with crumbs and bake in a moderate
oven (350° F.) 20 or 30 minutes.
