Rice Bowl
| 1 cup uncooked rice
1 pound can kidney beans, drained 2 hard cooked eggs, cut up ½ cup sweet pickles, chopped ¼ cup onion, chopped ¼ cup celery, chopped ¼ cup green pepper, chopped ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup mayonnaise Cook the rice according to package directions
on the package. While rice is still warm, combine with all the ingredients,
reserving mayonnaise until last. Fold in mayonnaise gently with a wooden
spoon until all ingredients are well blended. Cover and refrigerate several
hours.
