Tuna
Fish And Eggs
| 1 can tuna fish
1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 tablespoon minced parsley 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard Pinch of cayenne pepper 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped ½ pint cream or milk Grated cheese Melt butter or margarine in skillet, add
tuna fish and seasonings. Heat thoroughly, add chopped eggs and cream,
and cook 2 minutes. Pour into casserole, cover with grated cheese and brown
lightly in oven or under broiler. Serve on thin slices of toast.
