Tuna Fish Casserole
 
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine 
2 tablespoons flour 
1½ cups milk
1 6-ounce can tuna fish
½ cup crushed potato chips 
Salt and pepper to taste 

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and blend well. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly to keep it smooth. Cook a few minutes after mixture thickens. Break the tuna fish into flakes and combine with the sauce. Add the crushed potato chips, reserving enough for topping. Pour into greased casserole, add topping and bake in a moderate oven (350° F.) until browned, about a half an hour.
