Tasty Oysters
 
24 large oysters 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons butter 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons sherry or rice wine
2 tablespoons steak sauce

Season the oysters with salt and pepper to taste and dredge them in flour. Melt the butter in a saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients (except oysters) and heat before serving. Cook the oysters on lightly buttered griddle until crisp and browned on both sides. Pour the hot sauce over the oysters and spear each with a wooden toothpick and serve on a heated plate.
