Teriyaki
Marinade
| ¾ c prepared teriyaki sauce
2 T dry sherry 1 T chopped fresh ginger In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients
and mix well. Marinate meat for at least 6 to 8 hours, or overnight, in
a resealable plastic bag. Turn occasionally.
