Tostaditas
| Dry tortillas at room temperature about
2 hours. Cut into quarters with scissors. Heat ½ inch oil to 375°
F. in a skillet. Fry tortilla quarters 1½ to 2 minutes, or until
crisp. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
Spread each chip with 1 tablespoon refried
beans. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese and broil
about 3 inches from source of heat just until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Top with a dollop of Guacamole. Serve hot.
