Salad
| 1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning, 1 T reserved for dressing 1 medium head lettuce, shredded 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 can red kidney beans, drained 4 tomatoes, chopped 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning according to package directions. Let cool. Layer lettuce, onion, meat, kidney beans, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate. Before serving, pour on: 1 bag taco chips, crushed. Top with dressing or salsa and toss. Dressing:
