Potato Casserole 2
| 3 cups sweet potatoes
1 t butter ½ cup of cream ½ cup brown sugar 1 egg, beaten 1 t salt 1 cup small marshmallows ½ cup chopped pecans Bake potatoes with skin on, peel and mash.
Add butter, cream, brown sugar, egg and salt; mix well. Add nuts and put
in a greased 1 quart baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake in a 350º
F. oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
