Potato Casserole
| 5 large sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
¾ cup packed brown sugar 2/3 cup whole milk 2 tablespoons butter, melted ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 1/3 cups candied pecans marshmallows Preheat oven to 375º F (190º
C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Boil the sweet potatoes in a large
saucepan approximately 10 minutes, or until tender. In a large bowl, mix
together the sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, butter and flour. Transfer
the mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans and marshmallows.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
