Swiss Cheese Pastry Morsels
 
2 cups finely shredded Swiss cheese 
½ cup butter or margarine, softened
1 to 1¼ cup sifted allpurpose flour
Liverwurst spread
Deviled ham
Cocktail onions

Mix cheese and butter; blend in flour. For each pastry morsel shape 1 teaspoon of the
dough into a ball; set balls 1 inch apart on a baking sheet. For liverwurst or deviled ham appetizers, make an indentation in center of each ball before baking and fill with ½ teaspoon of the liverwurst or ham spread. For onion appetizers, mold 1 teaspoon of the pastry dough around a cocktail onion covering it completely. Bake at 400° F. 15 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm.
