Glazed
Sweet Potatoes
| Sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/3 cup honey ¼ teaspoon salt ¾ cup orange juice ½ teaspoon grated orange peel Boil sweet potatoes with skins on. Peel
and cut into suitable serving lengths. Sprinkle with salt. Put melted butter,
orange juice and peel in baking dish and arrange sweet potatoes in the
mixture. Bake at 350° F. until potatoes are glazed. Garnish with orange
slices.
