Savory Cheese Ball
 
2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
½ pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 
2 teaspoons grated onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
1 teaspoon dry mustard 
½ teaspoon paprika 
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon salt
1-2¼ ounce can deviled ham
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped pimiento, drained
2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric beater until creamy. Beat in the Cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, dry mustard, paprika, seasoned salt, salt, and deviled ham until mixture well blended. Stir in the parsley and pimiento. Cover and refrigerate several hours, or until cheese mixture is firm enough to handle.

Shape into a ball and roll in the chopped pecans to coat evenly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Roll ball in chopped parsley or dried snipped slices of smoked beef.
