Stuffed Peppers
 
 
6 green peppers
¾ c. cooked, ground pork
¾ c. ground ham
½ c. tomato juice
1 c. crisp rice cereal
salt, pepper and sage

Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Wash peppers, trip off tops and take out seeds and stems. Cover with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and stuff with meat mixture and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
