Sausage
Stuffed Peppers
| 1 lb. mild pork sausage
3 cups cooked rice 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped celery 1 – 10 ½ oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 t garlic powder 6 bell peppers, seeded and cored In a large bowl, mix together ingredients
and stuff the peppers. Place stuffed peppers in a roasting pan and bake
for 30 minutes at 350º F., or until pork is no longer pink. Serve
hot.
