Sour Cream Cabbage
 
 
1 head of cabbage
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup sour cream
1½ tablespoons vinegar
1½ tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Shred cabbage. Melt butter or margarine in skillet and add clove of garlic. Add cabbage and ¼ cup water. Cover and bring to a quick boil, then reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes. Just before serving, add sauce made from other ingredients, and bring to boil. Serve, immediately.
