Spinach and Artichoke Dip
| 1½ cups sour cream
1¼ cups mayonnaise 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained 1 jar (6½ oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, mashed 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese, separated salt, pepper and other spices to taste (I also add onion salt and garlic powder) Mix all ingredients, using 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Submitted by Amy from Chattanooga, TN |
