Spinach
Dip 3
| 1 - 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 small can water chestnuts, diced 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix 3 chopped green onions Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with wheat crackers, or dig the bread out of a round loaf, cut into cubes. Place dip in the dug out loaf and serve with cubes of bread. Serves 40 |
