Smoked
Salmon Dip
| ¾ c sour cream
¾ c mayonnaise 3 oz. smoked salmon 2 t lemon juice 1 t prepared horseradish 2 T minced fresh dill salt and ground black pepper In bowl of food processor, process sour
cream, mayonnaise, salmon, lemon juice, and horseradish until smooth and
creamy, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice. Transfer mixture to
medium mixing bowl; mix in dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill about 1 hour to allow flavors to mix well. Makes about 2 cups
