Salad Delicious
 
 
In large salad bowl, layer:
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 package fresh spinach, washed, trimmed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
1 - 10 oz. package frozen peas (not cooked)
1 green onion, chopped
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing:
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Spread over top of the salad like an icing. Do not mix it in. Set overnight in refrigerator. Toss the next day and serve.
