Shredded
Cabbage
| 5 cups shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon horseradish Melt butter in heavy frying pan. Place
salted cabbage in hot pan and toss cabbage lightly with a fork for 7 minutes.
Add sugar, lemon juice and horseradish. Toss. Serve immediately.
