Roast
Lamb with Herbs
| 1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon pepper 1 crushed bay leaf ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon marjoram ½ teaspoon thyme ½ teaspoon sage 1 tablespoon oil 1 leg of lamb Mix garlic, seasonings, herbs and oil together.
Score the roast in a criss-cross pattern. Rub on the roast. Place lamb
on rack in roasting pan. Cook, uncovered, at 300° F. for approximately
30 minutes per pound.
