Rib Rub
 
½ cup ground black pepper
½ cup paprika
½ cup sugar 
2 tablespoons Kosher salt 
4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Place the ribs in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight. Let ribs come to room temperature before cooking on the grill. You can use your favorite bbq sauce after cooking. Don't use it while cooking, or it will burn.
