Cranberry Salad
| 2 cups uncooked cranberries
1 small orange ½ cup diced unpeeled apple 1½ cups sugar ½ cup diced celery ¼ cup chopped nutmeats Grind the cranberries (or process in food
processor till well-chopped). Extract juice from orange and grind the rind.
Combine with berries. Add diced apple, sugar and celery and mix well. Just
before serving, add the nuts.
