| 1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cornstarch ½ cup grated cheese ½ cup whole milk ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon mustard In a small saucepan, over medium heat,
make a white sauce by melting butter, adding the flour and stirring in
the milk. Stir until the sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir melted. Season
and serve on toast.
