Quiche
| 1 ½ c. ham, cubed
1 onion, sliced 1 ½ c. Swiss Cheese 6 eggs 4 - 8 oz. table cream 4 T parsley 2 tsp. basil 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 2 pie crust Make basic pie crust recipe for 2-pies.
Roll out to fit a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer first three ingredients
over bottom of crust. Mix remaining ingredients together and Pour over
first layer. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until set.
