Persimmon
Pudding
| 3/4 c. sugar
1 T butter 1 c. milk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 3/4 c. flour |
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. persimmon, mashed 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla |
| Cream butter and sugar. Dissolve soda in milk and add to sugar mixture. Stir in flour. Then add persimmon, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour in a 300o oven or until done. |
