Patties
| 1½ c cold mashed
potatoes
2 T flour 1 t chopped chives ¼ t Worcestershire sauce 2 to 3 T margarine, oil, or bacon drippings 1 egg, slightly beaten salt and pepper to taste In medium bowl, combine all ingredients
except margarine, mix with fork until well blended. Shape into 4 or 5 patties.
Coat with additional flour or bread crumbs. In medium skillet, fry in hot
margarine or oil until golden brown, turn and fry other side.
