Pot Cheese
| 1 Baby Gouda cheese, finely shredded
3 ounces blue cheese ¼ cup butter, softened 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar ½ cup dairy sour cream 1½ tablespoons chopped chives Dash cayenne pepper Mix cheeses with butter in a heavy saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring
constantly, until cheese is melted. Cool slightly. Spoon into small pots
and store in the refrigerator.
