Butterscotch Crunchies
| ½ cup peanut butter
6 ounces butterscotch chips 2 cups chow mein noodles (3 ounces) Combine peanut butter and butterscotch
chips in the top of a double boiler. Heat until melted, stirring frequently.
Add chow mein noodles and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls
onto waxed paper and chill until firm.
