Pineapple Cake
 
 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 pounds canned, crushed pineapple
2 eggs
½ c. pecans

Beat eggs. Add sugar and then add next 3 ingredients. Add nuts and mix. Bake in a !3x9 - inch pan for 30-35 minutes at 350º.
Icing
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
½ stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
½ c. pecans

Mix ingredients together. Ice cake immediately from oven.
