Pumpkin Pound Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
 

Cake  2 cups plain flour  2 cups sugar  2 t soda  4 eggs  1 T cinnamon  1 cup oil  ¼ t salt  2 cups pumpkin  Cream Cheese Icing  8 oz. cream cheese  1 t vanilla  1 lb. confectioner's sugar  1 stick butter  Mix all cake ingredients together well. Grease tube or Bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350º F. Cool completely and frost.  Icing Directions: Let cheese and butter soften and mix with sugar and vanilla and spread on cake.
