Plum Roast Lamb
 
1 leg of lamb
3 to 4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 small jar plum jam
3 tablespoons seedy Dijon mustard
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon flour

Slit top of leg and stick in garlic. In a bowl mix jam, mustard & Worcestershire sauce. Pour over lamb. Roast in a 350° F. (180° C) oven for about 2 hours, or until the meat’s internal temperature reaches 160° (for medium). When done, pour juices and sauce in a small saucepan with a tablespoon of flour, mix well and stir over a medium heat to thicken into a gravy.
