Pineapple
Supreme Cake
| 1 small package Jiffy yellow cake mix
(or half of a box of regular cake mix)
1 – 15½ ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 2 cups milk 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 – 6 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 large container Cool Whip coconut and chopped nuts Prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
Spread in greased 13x9 inch cake pan and bake according to instructions.
Cool. Cover cake with drained pineapple. In a small mixing bowl, combine
the milk, cream cheese and pudding mix and beat on medium speed with an
electric mixer until well blended. Spread over pineapple. Top with Cool
Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
