Pecan
Pie
| 3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 T. butter |
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans 1/8 tsp. salt |
| Beat eggs lightly and mix in corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans or place on top of filling. Bake at 400o for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350o and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes. |
