Peach
Custard Pie
| 2 cups chopped peaches
1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1/8 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg, beaten 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter, melted Unbaked pastry shell Mix dry ingredients and combine with beaten
egg and milk. Add chopped peaches and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake
in hot oven from 25 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in custard comes
out clean.
