Peaches and Cream Pie
 
 
6 to 8 peaches (ripe)
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ pint sour cream
Unbaked pastry shell

Peel, halve and stone peaches. Arrange halves in pie shell with cut side up. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over peaches. Pour sour cream over all. Add topping and bake at 450° F., for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.

(Topping)
Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon to sprinkle on top of peaches and cream before baking.
