| 1/3 c. mayonnaise
½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. garlic salt 1 ½ c. corn flake crumbs 1 frying chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lbs.) cut into pieces In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, salt
and garlic salt. Brush chicken with this mixture and roll in corn flake
crumbs. Bake uncovered in a lightly greased baking pan for 1 hour or until
meat near thighbone is no longer pink in a 350° oven.
