Beer in Houston  The locations of fine beer in the Houston area.

The Real Beer Page   claims to be "the Single Largest Source for beer information in any medium. Over 80,000 pages about beer." I have to agree that it is pretty massive, but it doesn't address homebrewing as much as I would like. Still, a very good resource for beer info.

Homebrew Talk  a discussion forum about making beer, kegs, bottling, fermenting, ale, lager and more.
 

Recipes

All Grain Beer Recipes  If you are looking for some good all grain recipes, you should try some of these Canadian award winners.

Beersite claims to be the largest depository of brewing links on the web. I don't know if that is true, but they do have links to some great recipe sites. Check it out.

Brewing and Judging Belgian Beers The title says it all.

Cat's Meow 3  is a beer recipe database, and claims to be the largest collection of homebrew recipes on the internet.

Gambrinus' Mug  was created by the same folks who brought you The Cat's Meow database. This recipe collection differs from The Cat's Meow recipe collection in that readers may add recipes to any category, and becomes instantly viewable on the Web.

Grape and Granary  A few more recipes.

Mead Made Easy  An HTML book by Dave Polaschek. I think the title says it all.

The Mead Maker's Page  I don't know much about mead, but I know a number of people out there are looking for information and recipes, so here is a page.

Pierson's Pub & Brewery  offers recipes to clone some of your favorite commercial beers.

Small-Scale Cidermaking   Well the title doesn't quite say it all, but it comes close. This page covers cider making, growing apples for cider, as well as making apple juice and vinegar.

Stout Billy's Primarily a store, this site has a lot of  recipes for All-Grain, Partial Mash and Extract based brews, as well as meads and liqueurs.

Brewer's Resource  An online catalog of equipment and supplies. They are based in California and offer free shipping on orders greater than $60.

breWorld  is Europe's largest interenet site dedicated to the brewing industry. The site includes links to information on breweries, trade organizations, and publications as well as homebrewing information.

Briess Malting Company  The homebrewer's page of one of the giants in the industry.

Homebrewery Design Pages  How should you set things up? Take a look at what others have done

Home Wine & Beer Trade Association  strives to promote the responsible growth of the home wine & beer making industry. Their site includes a brief overview of brewing and wine-making, as well as consumer information, competitions, and conferences.

Hops Web Pages  A site at the University of Vermont regarding growing hops. It also contains some useful links to other information about hops.

My Own Labels So you have made a great brew, now you need some high quality labels to make it look great. This place offers some really nice ones at good prices.

Professional Brewing Really want to get serious about brewing? UC Davis offers a professional brewing certificate and Master Brewers program. They even offer some courses via the internet.

Brewing Techniques Magazine  This magazine has ceased publication, but in addition to articles from the magazine, the site features a fabulous library, links to homebrew clubs and a marketplace guide. Very useful.

Brew Your Own Magazine  This site contains the current issues as well as recipes, a label gallery, and nifty spreadsheet to help you with your calculations and record-keeping.

Celebrator Beer News  A bi-monthly periodical that covers US regional beer news, new brew reviews, a section on homebrewing and a number of other areas.
 

Stores

Beer, Beer & More Beer This store, out of Concord, CA sells beer and winemaking supplies on the net.

Beer & Wine Hobby Offers everything you need to make beer, wine, cheese, vinegar and even to grow mushrooms.

The Brewery  This site, which is updated fairly regularly, contains links to technical articles, recipes, clipart, the names and addresses of local homebrew suppliers around the world, and other useful resources.

The Cellar Homebrew A good store for all the basics. Based in Seattle, WA.

Homebrewsupply.com  Another homebrew supply house. This one is in Maryland, and I haven't ordered from them, but if you are on the East Coast the shipping will be cheaper.

Midwest Homebrewing Supplies out of Minneapolis offers a wide selection of kits for brewing and wine making. They also have a nice selection of books.
