Fried Fish
| 2 pounds fish fillets
1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoons paprika ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 cup fine, dry bread crumbs 1 cup milk 4 tablespoons melted butter Cut fillets into serving pieces. Add seasonings
to bread crumbs. Dip fish into milk and roll in crumbs. Place in well greased
baking pan. Pour melted butter over fish. Place pan on shelf near top of
very hot oven (500° F.) and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes
easily when tested with fork.
