Olive Bites
 
25 pitted ripe olives 
2 to 3 tablespoons minced green onion 
½ cup all-purpose flour 
¼ teaspoon salt 
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon milk
1 or 2 drops Tabasco

Stuff olives with the onion and set aside. Combine flour, salt, and mustard in a bowl. Mix in the cheese and a blend of the remaining ingredients. Using about 1 teaspoonful of dough for each, shape dough around olives and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° F. 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
