Pie Crust
| 3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. shortening |
1 egg, beaten
5 T water 1 T vinegar |
| Blend dry ingredients with shortening. Add water, egg and vinegar and mix together. Form into a roll; wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator. Take off as much as needed each time and warm slightly before rolling. |
