Cherry Pie
| 1 cup cut raisins
2 cups cranberries cut in half 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon cornstarch ¼ cup water 1 cup boiling water ¼ teaspoon salt Mix together cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Pour over hot water and cook until the mixture boils, stirring constantly.
Add cranberries and raisins and vanilla. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Cover with top crust and bake in 375° F. oven for about 45 minutes
or until well browned.
