M&M Peanut Butter Cookies
| ½ cup butter or margarine
1½ cups brown sugar 1 cup peanut butter 3 eggs 4 cups oatmeal (uncooked) 2 t baking soda 2 t vanilla extract 1 cup M&M's (or Reese's Pieces) Combine butter, sugar, and peanut butter
in a large mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Mix in baking soda, eggs,
and vanilla extract. Blend in oats 1 cup at a time. Roll into 1 inch balls
and place dough balls 3" apart on ungreased baking sheets about two inches
apart. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight
container. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
