Mexicali Marinade
 
1/2 c prepared salsa
1 T fresh lime juice
1 T cilantro, chopped
1 T vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Place meat to be tenderized in a bowl and pour mixture on top. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Marinate overnight. When cooking, brush on the remaining marinade three or four times on each side. Be sure to stop brushing marinade on meat 5 minutes before the meat is done.
